Your financing solutions
The Personal Training Account (CPF)
In France, the Personal Training Account (CPF) is a public funding mechanism for continuing education, it can be used throughout your working life (including during periods of unemployment) to follow training. The CPF has replaced the individual right to training (DIF).
Job Center
Are you a job seeker or self-employed person registered with Pôle Emploi? It is therefore possible to finance your training via Pôle Emploi. Contact your Pôle Emploi advisor to find out the financing terms.
Your region
Some regions offer special schemes to benefit from and finance training, especially in the context of starting a business. Contact the Regional Council or the Local Authorities in your region to find out how this is supported.
Your business
Skills development, adaptation to the job, Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE), skills assessment or professional retraining project... You should contact your HR department or your employer to discuss the different financing options for your project. Financing is available depending on your needs.
Competence Operators (OPCO)
The role of the OPCOs is to ensure the financing of professional training for all workers from the age of 16. This therefore concerns employees, the self-employed, public agents, apprentices and company directors. The OPCO that will cover your training differs depending on the nature of your activity and your APE code.
The Professional Transition Project (PTP)
Do you want to change careers? If you are an employee, on a fixed-term or permanent contract, you can benefit from the PTP. This system allows you to take time off from your job to follow a certified training course with the aim of changing careers. The time spent on PTP is considered working time: you will be paid for the entire duration of the training. Similarly, paid leave and bonuses are due in full and you will continue to receive all Social Security benefits.
Individual Training Assistance (AIF)
Individual training assistance (AIF) is financial assistance that covers the educational costs of the training, i.e. the cost of the training. Do you have one or more sources of funding but they do not cover all of your training costs or no funding covers your training costs? In these cases, you can apply for AIF to either finance your remaining costs or finance the entire training, provided that your training is consistent with your Personalized Access to Employment Project.
Executive tax credit
Business leaders subject to a real income tax regime can benefit from a tax credit to finance their training. This tax credit is deductible when paying the balance on the income tax owed by your company for the year in which the eligible expenses were incurred.
The Training Insurance Fund (FAF)
Dedicated to self-employed workers subject to the contribution to professional training (CFP). You can benefit, under certain conditions, from total or partial financing of your training. This aid is managed by a FAF which differs according to the nature of your activity and your APE code.
AGEFIGH
Various systems are set up by AGEFIPH to provide services and financial assistance to promote your professional integration and your continued employment through professional training. As part of a business creation, funds can be released upon presentation of an application file.
Self-financing
Finance your training yourself, benefiting from payment facilities if necessary. FormAssista informs you about the registration procedures and the advantages of self-financing.
