How our business creation training works
- Our “Managing a business creation project” training is a fully guided learning path .
- You are directly with our speakers, the training is an exchange, a sharing
- You have access to replays of each session for life, it's practical to come back to a subject
- You will also complete 10+ guided exercises during your training.

After the training, we begin our support
- The training allows you to materialize a first document that summarizes your project, it is your first business plan.
- We have 2 private coaching appointments together to continue to answer your questions and to share with you a cross-referenced and benevolent look at what you are refining.
- Our course is certified by, you have one last step to complete: the 20-minute presentation of your project in front of independents who have created their businesses.
- We guide you in the preparation and you will continue to improve your file, your presentation, it is training before going to meet your banker for a financing request , your first client etc.

Module 3
Make your project profitable
The technical management of your business is the key to success. Without good data management, your project will not be able to develop. This is why in this module, we will look at the financial aspects of your business and we will take stock of the micro-enterprise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this training be done remotely?
All our training courses are offered remotely . Two formats are available: in a virtual classroom with other participants and your instructor, or individually with your instructor.
How long does this business creation training last?
Group and individual training lasts 26 hours . It takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., spread over several weeks.
Concretely, each training session will lead you to ask yourself additional questions and you will dig deeper into the subjects to talk about them again at the beginning of the next module. Let’s say that one hour of training with us is for you two additional hours of reflection.
Training is also support , we have two meetings to plan together after the training and a presentation session in front of a jury to present your project.
We will work together for about 4 months, at your own pace.
Is this training supported by the CPF?
Yes and 100%. Here is the link to find us on the CPF . Employee or civil servant , the terms are different, contact us to find out the steps to take
How do I finance my training for business creators?
Our training is eligible for 100% support from the CPF. CPF funding can be supplemented by other funding: France Travail or personal.
Formassista is Qualiopi, so you can also finance this training via France Travail, an OPCO , the FAFCEA , etc. and we can facilitate your project if you finance it personally.
What skills/prerequisites are needed to take this training?
This training is aimed at anyone with a business creation project. To follow this training, you must master office tools (word processing, internet browsing, spreadsheets) and be comfortable with writing and processing simple numerical data. Finally, since this training is provided in groups and by videoconference, you must be equipped with a computer and a stable internet connection.
